1st phase Injection molding workshop:

Occupied about 86 sets of injection machine mainly from our Group Company
- Welltec, HK> Sizes of machine from 40 ton to 700 ton.

2nd phase Injection molding workshop:

Occupied about 49 sets of injection machine mainly from Japan.

Secondary Processing Division

- Occupied area:	4,245m²
- Facilities	2 Semi-automatic spraying lines 5 Automatic spraying line (Japan & Taiwan) 3 Silk screen process lines 1 UV coating line, & Hot-stamping process facilities
- Total workforce:	200 workers

Production – Assembly Division

- Occupied area: 1,477m²
- Facilities: 5 production Assembly lines
- Total workforce: 100 workers

Assembling lines:

Ming Sun now has developed her own two different lines of product: Electrical Home Appliances and Office Equipment’s.

In addition, Ming Sun has already be recognized as a approved factory by TUV, CSA and UL which can manufacture the products with the authorized making such as TUV-GS, TUV-EMC, CE, CSA and UL.

Four Production Assembly Lines mainly for manufacturing of our customer’s and Ming Sun’s own completed products.

For examples:
a. Computer Accessories for Newell USA Limited.
b. Electrical home appliances for Twinbird and HPA etc.
c. Office equipment’s for KTF etc.
